Shipping Policy
Our standard delivery window is two to seven business days for most products. A small number of limited-edition items may take up to ten business days.

Returns & Refund Policy
Your 14 Day Cancellation Right
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel any order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right email info@sockstall.com within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must arrive unworn unused with original tags and packaging and include proof of purchase. Please request authorisation from info@sockstall.com before sending any items back.
Return Shipping
When you change your mind you cover the cost of returning the item. If the product is faulty or sent in error we will arrange and cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return we will issue a refund including any standard delivery charge within 14 days. Refunds will return to your original payment method and may take extra time to appear depending on your bank.
Exchanges
To exchange an item return the original for a refund and then place a new order for the product you would like.
Faults & Issues
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged defective or incorrect email info@sockstall.com straight away so we can make it right.
Non Returnable Items
Sale items personalised products and hygienic goods (for example underwear) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
